Spring Sport Information

Signups for baseball, softball, and track ended last week. We will have a track team consisting of eleven girls and seven boys. The team will be coached by Karen Schleub. We will have a varsity baseball team consisting of fourteen players coached by Paul Kaple, Mark Johnson, and others. The team will have seven 7^th graders and seven 8^th graders. Practices for spring sports will start this week and the coaches will contact you about location and times.

St. Mary of Ohio Tournament

The 32^nd annual St. Mary of Ohio Tournament concluded over the weekend. The varsity boys tournament ended late Saturday night. Our varsity boys won the tournament by defeating Cincinnati A in the championship game. The path to the championship started with a 36-21 win on Friday night against Cincinnati C. The team defeated Van Wert 27-25 on Saturday morning and followed that with a 34-22 win over Cincinnati A to advance to the championship game. The boys defeated Cincinnati A again 36-35 to win the championship. Please check out pictures of the tournament on the parish website.

Banquet Information

The basketball banquet will be held this Saturday, March 20 at 5 p.m. in the gymnasium. Players need to only bring their uniforms to the banquet, desserts are not needed for the banquet.
