Leadership Council call your attention to World Marriage Day, February 11, 2007. Plan
to celebrate this special day at Sansbury Hall Chapel, OhioDominicanUniversity, 2-5 PM.Jim Healy, Ph.D., will present "How to Be Married and Stay
Engaged." Light refreshments and an opportunity to speak with the
presenter will follow.A counseling
psychologist and director of the Center for Family Ministry of the Diocese of
Joliet, Illinois, Dr. Healy has spoken across the country on marriage. His
materials on marriage are used in every Catholic Diocese in the United States. He and his wife, Madonna, are the

Hey! Whoa! Stop! Don’t throw this bulletin away --
RECYCLE IT! Help SaintMarySchool earn a few extra dollars and help
to save the planet at the same time! The big green and yellow bin on our
parking lot holds all of our recycled paper; every month, we receive a check
(averaging about $90.00) for the paper we have in our bin.Many GermanVillage residents use our bin and we invite
our parish families to recycle all their household newspapers, junk mail, and
magazines, too. The more paper recycled, the more we earn-- and we’ve saved a
tree or two, as well.
From now until March 31, Abitibi
Recycling is offering a special recycling promotion: If we can increase our
paper recycling by 25%, they will send us a check for $250; if we increase our
recycling by 50%, we’ll receive a check for $500! Please save up your household
paper and drop it in the recycling bin and make sure this bulletin is recycled,
too! No cardboard please.

During
Catholic Schools Week we will have many activities for the students to
celebrate Catholic schools:
Monday: Theme – Service to the
community
§Students will begin
collecting containers with lids for area kitchens which serve the poor. Any
plastic containers such as margarine tubs, fast food bowls or trays with lids,
yogurt containers with lids, etc. are needed. All containers need to be cleaned
and washed.
Tuesday: Theme – Our Students, the
reason Catholic education exists

Wednesday: Theme – Our Nation

St. Mary’s will host “Bully-Proofing Youth – Parent Edition
Tuesday, February 13th from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the school gym. Parents will
learn what dynamics create bully and victim behaviors and how to help their
children not become or remain a member of either group. The focus will be on
practical things parents can do at home to support their children, including
the technique of role playing exercises with kids, the goal being able to stop
