at 8:00p.m. - St. Leo Church - The Magpie Christmas Concert - A
concert of traditional Advent and winter songs from all over Europe. The
music tells the Christmas story.
BOOK CLUB:

Book Club - sponsored by S.M.A.C. but open to Adults of

a.m. between the 9:00 and 11:30 Masses. There will be a different book
selection each month (Note: the January date has been cancelled and will resume
in February). Please meet at the St. Mary School Cafeteria for
"Coffee & Donuts" and Book Club discussion. December's Book
Club Selection is "Unwrapping Christmas" By Lori Copeland. Feel free
to come to as many or few book clubs as you are able to attend and bring a

ANNOINTING OF THE SICK
The
Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick will be administered right after all the
masses next weekend (November 29 and 30).

CATECHESIS
of the GOOD SHEPARD
Registrations
are now being taken for adult catechist training in the Catechesis of the Good
Shepherd, a hands on religious formation program for children. A
training course for adult catechists working with children at level I, ages 3-6,
will begin in January 2009. The formation course will be held throughout
the winter and summer of 2009. The formation courses are held for a long
weekend in the months of January 8-10, February 5-7, and April
23-25, 2009 and concludes July 20-25, 2009 with a one week long
daytime session.from Monday through Friday for a total of 90 hours of
training.
The courses
will be held at St. Ladislas Church in Columbus. For registration

deadline for registration is December 15th.
