11th ANNUAL PRAYER VIGIL for LIFE…is scheduled for Dec.
13th at 3:00 p.m. In
1999, banners of Our Lady of Guadalupe were carried to over 2/3 of the abortion
sites in the United States, while thousands peacefully petitioned Our Lady to
intercede for unborn children. Sponsored by the Diocesan Respect Life
Office, this tradition has continued in Columbus. All people of goodwill are
invited to join in asking Our Lady of Guadalupe to intercede for unborn
children on Sun., Dec. 13th. In Columbus, in years past, we have
prayed for an hour, although even a half hour would be welcomed. Times
and locations are listed below. Coordinators will be on hand to lead the
group. To end abortion, your witness and prayers are needed at:
Capital Care Women’s Center, 4818 Indianola Ave.; Planned Parenthood, 3255 E. Main St.;
Complete Health Care for Women, 5888 Cleveland Ave.
